Accounts Receivable Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. Supporting the Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated, confident self-starter, able to multi-task in a very fast paced, team-oriented environment.  

Key Functions

Responsible for full-cycle account receivables and reconciliation - including collecting, working with external customers and internal departments, supporting month-end and any internal and external audit processes

  • - Responsible for A/R reporting including: Inventory Reports, as required, Sales Reports, as required, Annual Royalties and Commissions reports, Month-end Reporting and Reconciliations
  • - Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions
  • - Customer and internal relations
  • - Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
  • - Maintains records
  • - Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and from vendors;
  • - Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
  • - Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line;
  • - Process inter-company sales and receipts of goods
  • - Continuous improvement of the organizational receivables process
  • - Miscellaneous ad hoc projects to support the finance team in achieving goals
  • - Protects organization's values by keeping information confidential


  • - 5+ years of accounts receivable experience
  • - Previous experience with ERP systems, SAP B1 an asset
  • - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • - Superior customer service skills
  • - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • - Experience with full-cycle accounts receivable
  • - Accounting designation/University Degree/College Diploma, an asset
