Client Experience Coordinator



Supporting AVENUE ROAD in Miami and reporting to the Director of Client Experience, the Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for upholding the client experience by maintaining the presentation and maintenance of our showroom. This role will also support local in-house logistics and client deliveries, ensuring an optimal client experience from pre to post-delivery.

Functions

  • Ensure all guests to the properties feel welcome and are well taken care of
  • Ensure properties are well maintained and presentation levels align with Avenue Road Visual Merchandising standards
  • Manage and document inventory adjustments for all current, incoming, and outgoing merchandise
  • Ensure showroom equipment is in good working order and properly maintained, including but not limited to heating and cooling, employee kitchen equipment, office furniture and accoutrement, monitoring and managing office supply stock
  • Manage and oversee location rentals including lead generation, negotiations, logistics (opening or closing of building, and set up and tear down) and front-line customer service to rental clients
  • Coordinate handymen, contractors and cleaning of the showroom and product repairs, touch-ups, and restoration
  • Support of technical installations: lighting, furniture, painting and rugs
  • Support of local logistical coordination with logistics team and delivery team ensuring that all customer facing deliveries meet and/or exceed Avenue Road’s client services
  • Assisting with special events and projects including Marketing sales events and internal staff event planning and coordination
  • Support security and health & safety of the team in the showroom
  • Responsible for local staff communications regarding status of the workplace, workplace closures, changes or updates to policies/procedures and includes pertinent information that will affect employee daily activities
  • Back up support to the President and other Senior Management during their visits
  • Additional duties as required

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Similar experience in a fast-paced environment (2+ years)
  • Hospitality oriented
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic principles; experience in a visual field preferred
  • Details driven individual that can deliver results under highest expectations on time and quality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic team environment
  • Present well and communicate clearly and effectively to upper management and internal departments
  • Flexibility to think outside the box and can adjust course when appropriate new ideas or objections are raised and remain positive
  • Excellent computer skills in Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.
  • Demonstrated high personal performance standards, the desire and ability to continuously learn, and a results-oriented work style
  • Must be available to work some Saturdays, as required
  • Second language an asset
